Côte d’Ivoire’s national media turned its attention this week to progress on the country’s National Data Center, one of the government’s strategic digital infrastructure projects. The project has currently surpassed the 20 percent completion mark.
“The National Data Center is designed to strengthen the country’s digital sovereignty by providing a secure environment where government data can be hosted, stored and protected,” said Marie Pascale, Cybastion’s Director of Real Estate . “To fully benefit from artificial intelligence and effective data governance, the country needs robust, high-capacity infrastructure capable of supporting and safeguarding sensitive information.”
