THEYA FOUNDATION BY CYBASTION
Transforming Africa's digital future
The THEYA Foundation is shaping a more inclusive, innovative, and prosperous Africa through digital workforce training and healthcare solutions.

By 2030, the workforce in Africa will require 625 million workers with digital skills, estimates the World Bank. Women and youth remain underrepresented in digital professions across Africa.
Created in March 2025, THEYA by Cybastion's mission is to open access to education, health, and cutting-edge technologies for African youth.
THEYA by Cybastion (Technology, Health and Education for Young Africans) is a foundation committed to developing the potential of African youth through initiatives in technology, health, and education. The THEYA Foundation is the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of Cybastion.

Its flagship program, Africa DigiEmpower, gives thousands of young people free access to digital skills and international certifications. Africa DigiEmpower offers young people and women free, certified training in digital culture, IT infrastructure, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
Leveraging the expertise of Cisco Networking Academy and other strategic partners, Africa DigiEmpower is now active in several countries, helping to shape a new generation of digital talent for a more competitive, inclusive and innovative Africa.
Health is one of the pillars of THEYA’s vision. As the foundation evolves, future programming may focus on health, education, social inclusion and human development, and other themes related to the foundation’s mission.
