Sylvain Kouassi

Sylvain Kouassi is the Managing Director for Cybastion's operations in Côte d'Ivoire, where he leads the deployment of critical digital solutions, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives for government programs, major public and private institutions, and the Cybastion Tech Academy in Abidjan. With over 20 years of experience across banking, insurance, and large-scale transformation programs, Mr. Kouassi is recognized for driving strategic change and delivering sustainable performance in complex, regulated environments.

Before joining Cybastion, he held senior leadership roles at Société Générale CIB, Crédit Agricole CIB, EY and LCL, and led a finance transformation program at Saham Bank in Morocco. He combines deep financial expertise, operational leadership, and a strategic vision focused on leveraging technology and data as drivers of transformation.

Sylvain holds advanced degrees in Finance and Accounting from CNAM Paris, as well as the French State Diploma in Accounting and Management. He brings a strong blend of financial, strategic, and operational expertise to support digital transformation and sustainable growth initiatives.
