Kevin Cardwell

Kevin Cardwell is Chief Information Officer at Cybastion, where he brings more than two decades of cybersecurity and information technology leadership experience. A U.S. Navy veteran, Kevin served as a software and systems engineer and spearheaded efforts to deliver internet connectivity to ships at sea. He led the development of a Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) supporting naval commands and fleets and later served as the NOSC's Leading Chief of Information Security.

A recognized cybersecurity educator and thought leader, Cardwell has developed computer forensics and ethical hacking curricula, chaired international cyber defense summits, and authored several books on cyber defense, deception, and advanced penetration testing. He holds degrees from National University and Southern Methodist University and maintains multiple advanced cybersecurity certifications, including CEH, ECSA, LPT Master, CTIA, CHFI, ECIH, and CPENT.
