Ibrahim Younoussi

Ibrahim Younoussi serves as the Managing Director for Burkina Faso, where he leads Cybastion's operations in Burkina Faso, supporting the implementation of strategic digital infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives that contribute to the country's digital sovereignty.

Ibrahim brings a results-driven approach to project execution and stakeholder engagement, combining expertise in finance, process optimization, and organizational performance. His strong analytical background and commitment to operational excellence help drive Cybastion's successful delivery of programs that enhance digital capabilities and support Burkina Faso's long-term development goals.

He is a graduate of the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, where he earned a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Finance.
