Antonia Oliveira

Antonia Oliveira is the Managing Director for Cybastion's operations in Gabon, where she leads the company's digital transformation initiatives and strengthens partnerships with the Gabonese government.

Antonia is a strategic communications and project management executive with over a decade of experience driving institutional visibility and economic diplomacy, with a strong track record of mobilizing international partnerships and delivering high-impact public–private initiatives.

As Marketing and Communications Director at ANPI-Gabon for six years, Antonia led Gabon's visibility strategy with international economic partners, coordinated cross-sector market intelligence, and oversaw the organization of major events including the 2024 Gabon–France and Gabon–China Investment Forums. She holds a degree in Strategic Communications from Florida International University (FIU) and is certified in Foreign Direct Investment by the Wavteq Institute and in Results-Based Project Formulation by the International Trade Centre (ITC).
