Robust cybersecurity frameworks are integrated into all of Cybastion’s digitalization projects to ensure Africa’s digital resilience across sovereign digital ecosystems.

Yves Yoboue of Cybastion’s Digital Solutions team led a series of scoping and needs assessment workshops from Oct. 15–17 in Yamoussoukro, with more than 70 officials from the Ivorian Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s regional directorates.

The workshops mark the initialization phase of the Ivorian Ministry of Commerce’s Digitalization program that will modernize administrative and operational processes to boost efficiency, improve service quality, and increase revenue collection.

The project received a $47 million financing guarantee from the Export-Import Bank of the United States in August to export U.S. technology to digitalize the Ministry of Commerce.

The workshop sessions aim to align all stakeholders on the strategic objectives of the Ministry’s digitalization project and identify operational bottlenecks, set digital priorities and establish a unified and coherent implementation across all regions.
