As the year comes to a close and we reflect on Cybastion’s five-year anniversary, I am proud of how far we’ve come as a company and the impact we’ve made in accelerating digital transformation on the continent. From our founding as a small team of four, we’ve grown into a global company with more than 100 employees and consultants worldwide. This growth reflects the world-class delivery of our digital and cybersecurity solutions and the trust we’ve earned from governments and businesses alike across Africa.
Our journey has been defined by milestones that underscore our dedication to building a digital ecosystem in Africa. We stand at the forefront of cybersecurity and digital innovation. Today, we manage multiyear programs worth millions of dollars, offering solutions that protect critical infrastructure and enable digital transformation in emerging markets.
Our geographical footprint is rapidly expanding across Africa, and we are forging strong partnerships that drive the continent’s digital transformation. One of our proudest moments was being mentioned by U.S. President Joe Biden during his closing remarks at the 2022 U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit’s Business Forum. This recognition is a testament to our role as a trusted partner in advancing digital ecosystems and our ability to adapt and thrive in an evolving digital environment.
The next chapter for Cybastion holds even greater promise. With plans to launch new projects in several African countries, we are poised to expand our reach and guide our clients into the digital era with confidence.
