Through stories, discussions, and shared experiences, we will highlight the women who are driving innovation, creating change, and inspiring the next generation in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital services.

At Cybastion, we believe in a more inclusive and accessible tech industry. That’s why we partnered with Cisco and African governments to launch the DigiEmpower initiative, a digital workforce training program to equip women and young people for jobs in government and the private sector. Our state-of-the-art Tech Academy in Abidjan is committed to training the next generation of digital talent, with a strong emphasis on empowering women tech leaders.
