Scott Blacklin, who previously served as a Senior Advisor, has been promoted to Senior Vice-President. In his new role, Mr. Blacklin will lead our government affairs where he will focus on engagement with key stakeholders within the U.S. government.
Dr. Patricia Jackson, a retired senior U.S. Naval officer, joins the company’s headquarters as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Defense and Intelligence. A seasoned expert in foreign policy and international security, Jackson brings a strong background in U.S.-Africa Command operations and education. Dr. Jackson held leadership roles at top U.S. military institutions and within the U.S. intelligence community and has cultivated high-level relationships across the African continent.
